Is owning a personalized account the best way to make payments?

On this faithful Monday morning, Mr Damian, a dedicated customer, contacted our customer support team wanting to confirm if we received the screenshot of the payment they had sent the previous day. He was unsure if his payment had actually gone through, and he just wanted peace of mind. Out of frustration, he asked why he had to worry every time he wanted to make a repayment. That question stayed with us because, in all honesty, it was a fair one. Payments shouldn’t feel stressful, and no one should need to double-check details or ask questions before sending money.

We understood Mr Damian’s pain, along with many of our customers, so we decided to do something about it. We created a virtual account for easy repayment.

Our customers now have their own account number on our platform. It’s not a general account, and it’s not shared. It belongs to you. Whenever you want to make a payment, you simply send money to that same account number. Every time. Because the account is created specifically for you, we immediately know the payment is yours.

Before now, some customers told us they weren’t always sure if their payment went through. Others said they didn’t know if it was properly recorded under their name, and some had to send screenshots just to confirm. With a virtual account, that stress goes away. Once you send money to your account, the payment is clearly tied to you, with no mix-ups and no back and forth.

Using a virtual account is not difficult. There’s nothing new to learn and no extra steps to follow. If you already know how to make a bank transfer, then you already know how to use your virtual account. You simply save the account number and use it whenever you need to pay.
